States and locals report to CDC, so I use the CDC aggregations when possible. When there is a shutdown or other disruption, I go state by state.

Do you know how well of a match this year's vaccine is for Flu B? I know it was not a good match for Flu A because of the new subclade. But I never heard anything about how well it matches the B strains.

I don't think that data is in for this season because flu B doesn't get started til later in the year. The vaccine actually held up pretty well against the new flu A subclade though, so that is good.
