As always, excellent information and very helpful. I have seen an aol article about increase in the candida auris problem, and I hope you might be able to comment about that soon.
A relative went to an ED in Albuquerque (NM) just before Christmas. He tested positive for flu, and was told that he needed Tamiflu but there was none to be found in the entire state because there was so much flu; they expected to get some "after Christmas".
I asked my hubby. He pointed out the speak function in accessibility on my pad! I can listen from the email you send me & I don’t have to deal with the frustration that comes from this dysfunctional Substack 😎
I was wondering whether ED visits are strictly for hospitals, or whether urgent care facilities are included or tracked at all. A friend in Baltimore has taken her granddaughter to a hospital ED a few times until they told her to go to urgent care instead. Possibly a function of (perennial) overcrowding in EDs.

As always, thank you so much for this important information!
thank you for responding Happy New Year
Thank you very much.
Hi. Where is California in this?
It’s in the first paragraph. The holiday delayed the data I use, regionals are coming out later today or tomorrow.

Do you post your reports on another platform where I can listen to them?
Substack is having ongoing audio issues.
I keep hoping they’ll fix their problems, but after days of not getting audio, my patience is fraying.
Do you use text to speech? Would copying the text into Word or google docs work?

Ok and thanks
What is going on in Georgia? No mention at all! I live in Georgia and subscribe to this for that reason.
See the first paragraph of my report.
Why don't you provide data for California? Surely 40 million people matter.
See the first paragraph of my report.
Thank you so much! I hope you have a wonderful and healthy New Year.

I do not see anything about Virginia? Is there a reason ?
It’s because of the holiday. Regional editions with all states will come out mid week.
